Joe is a person in recovery who works with folks who are also in recovery. Dr. Faith Harper is a bestselling author and therapist. Invitational Recovery can be used by clinicians but is aimed at being accessible to recovery coaches and other non-clinicians. It is based on a presentation given by Joe and Faith at the 2020 Law & Mental Health conference in Portland, Oregon. In addition to co-presenting on Invitational Recovery, Faith was also the keynote speaker in a separate presentation. Joe recently gave a presentation on sexual intimacy and recovery at the 2021 Contemporary Relationships Conference.
